Started using this company because they had good service, and decent wait times. Lately the service has been seriously lacking (no replies for up to 10 minutes), and the wait times have become ridiculous. I get told eta would be 60-90mins, but end up waiting 2-3 hours, and once almost 4 hours. Not only that but they also gave me the wrong bud. I don't know where all the 5 star reviews are coming from (i suspect they're faked), but the quality of this service has seriously gone down.
