Ordered the same item 2wks apart, first order was fantastic and 2nd order was something different altogether. I reached out as this was only my 2nd time ordering with them and asked them to make it right. Response I received was “ this is new product we got and it’s fire”, I replied I wanted same order as last time not something random THEY chose and tried passing off as the same. The color, texture, taste, smell, nothing was the same, it was obviously some low product they were trying to get rid of. They then contradicted their earlier statement and insisted it was the same product. Been smoking 18yrs and they thought I wouldn’t notice. Save your money, don’t get scammed like I did. Customer service and retention isn’t big with these guys, they’ll most likely just close this page and start operating under another pretty soon. This was my 2nd and last order with them. Caveat emptor🙏
